What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller and you must contact and/or refer to an original sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are almost always made to the original card and can take up to 1 month to credit back. However, some resellers may have different policies regarding refunds, for instance only giving store credit or gift cards. Please make reference to the original sellers refund policy.

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

Even though many sellers provide a returns policy equal to our own, some seller returns policies can differ. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the vendor's site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped using a seller are borne by the buyer.

Items worth over need to be returned towards seller with a trackable shipping service. In case the order is valued at 0 or more, insure the shipment for the price of the item and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: Should a package doesn't arrive and you don't utilize a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be entitled to refund.

Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you need to return a large or bulky item which had been delivered by way of specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you throughout the returns process and will require that you contact our specialized customer care team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.
